There are no programs at this timeFirst of all, we are based in the Town of Annapolis Royal, in Annapolis County, in Nova Scotia, Canada. Most of us live in the town or county but some members are from up the Valley and some regular summer residents live most of the year beyond our Province. It’s a wonderful place to live. You will see pictures of our area throughout this website as well as links to Organizations and activities.
Second, our Annapolis Shambhala Meditation Group is a community of meditation practitioners. Our members and friends include dedicated senior teachers who have walked the Shambhala Buddhist path for many years as well as members and friends who study and practice these teachings on realizing basic goodness and building enlightened society. This web site is mostly an introduction to who we are and what we are about.
Ultimately we are part of the worldwide Shambhala community. Shambhala is a global network of people from all walks of life, dedicated to the principle that every human being has a fundamental nature of basic goodness.
